A project team here is small and senior. Fewer people, less translation, faster decisions. Everyone on it talks to you directly.
The disciplines
Product lead. Owns the goal and the backlog. Says no to scope that does not serve the goal. Your single point of contact.
Engineers. Frontend, backend and mobile. They write the code and they explain the trade-offs in plain words.
Designer. Flows, screens and the design system. Works one sprint ahead of the build, never behind it.
QA. Tests every release. Writes the checks that stop the same bug twice. See QA and testing.
Performance marketer. Runs paid channels against pipeline, not clicks.
SEO and content. Makes the product findable and writes copy that a buyer believes. See technical SEO.
Analytics. Owns the event plan and the dashboards. Nothing ships untracked.
How the team is staffed
The people who scope your work stay on your work. We do not sell with seniors and deliver with juniors. If a specialist joins for one phase, we say so up front and name the phase.
How we hire
We look for two things. Craft, and the willingness to explain it. Someone who can build but cannot explain a trade-off will slow your team down. We hire in the open and we train people we intend to keep. Open roles live on our careers page.
Working with us day to day
Your board is shared. Your channel is shared. You can ask an engineer a question without booking a meeting. That is the whole point of one team.
