Your data, and what we do with it
This notice covers next-project.org. It says what we collect, why we hold it and when we throw it away. Next Project is the data controller. We build products and run growth work for the founders who hire us. That is the only reason your details reach us.
Three ways data reaches us
There is no fourth. We buy no lists and we run no trackers beyond the ones named below.

What you send us
You write to us, so we hold what you wrote. That means your name, your email address and the brief itself. We also record the page the message came from.

What the server logs
Every request leaves a line in our logs. It holds an IP address, a browser string, the page asked for and the time. Logs keep the site up and flag abuse.

What analytics counts
We count page views to see which work is useful. This runs only after you accept it in the banner. Refuse it and the site still works in full.
How long each record lives
Four record types. Each has a clock. When the clock runs out, the record goes.
We do not sell your data. We do not hand it to advertisers. Suppliers who host our mail, our site and our analytics are each bound by a contract. When data leaves your region, we use approved transfer terms.

Ask what we hold on you. We send the file back to you.

Tell us a detail is wrong. We correct it and confirm.

Ask us to delete your record. We do, unless law says keep it.
