Your data, and what we do with it

1 Who this notice covers

This notice covers next-project.org. It says what we collect, why we hold it and when we delete it. We build products and run growth work for the founders who hire us. That is the only reason your details reach us.

next-project.org is operated by FRELVIX LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17468547, with its registered office at Bridge Street East, BOHO 5, Middlesbrough, TS2 1NY, United Kingdom. Next Project is the brand we trade under — a trading name, not a separate company.

FRELVIX LTD is the data controller for everything described in this notice, and the company that answers every request you make under it.

2 How data reaches us

There are three ways, and there is no fourth. We buy no lists and we run no trackers beyond the ones named below.

What you send us

You write to us, so we hold what you wrote. That means your name, your email address and the brief itself. We also record the page the message came from.

What the server logs

Every request leaves a line in our logs. It holds an IP address, a browser string, the page asked for and the time. Logs keep the site up and flag abuse.

What analytics counts

We count page views to see which work is useful. This runs only after you accept it in the banner. Refuse it and the site still works in full.

3 How long each record lives

Four record types. Each has a retention period. When it expires, the record is deleted.

Project enquiries

Kept for 2 years, counted from our last reply to you.

Server request logs

Kept for 90 days, for security and uptime.

Analytics records

Kept for 14 months, on consent you can withdraw at any time.

Signed contracts

Kept as long as tax law sets, under our legal and accounting duty.

4 Who else sees it

We do not sell your data. We do not hand it to advertisers. Suppliers who host our mail, our site and our analytics are each bound by a contract. When data leaves your region, we use approved transfer terms.

5 What you can ask of us

Get a copy

Ask what we hold on you. We send the file back to you.

Fix it

Tell us a detail is wrong. We correct it and confirm.

Erase it

Ask us to delete your record. We do, unless law says keep it.

Object

Tell us to stop a use you dislike. We stop or explain why not.

Withdraw consent

Change your cookie choice at any time. Nothing breaks.

Complain

If our answer does not satisfy you, your data protection authority will hear it.

6 How to make the request

Send one email. Say which of the six you want. Name the address you wrote to us from so we can find the record.

• Email us with your request.
• We confirm we got it within two working days.
• We answer in full within 30 days.

7 The company behind this notice

Next Project is the name on the door. The company behind it is the one you would write to, complain about, or take to a regulator.
