Content from
the engineers
who built it.

Content written by people who have never used the product rarely performs. Ours is written with the engineers who built it. We publish what a buyer needs in order to decide, then measure what it brought in.

  • Sourcing Written with the build team
  • Selection Sales questions plus search demand
  • Standard Every claim sourced or dropped
  • Measure Assisted pipeline, not page views

What we produce

The kinds of writing we produce. Most engagements use a few of them, and the mix is decided in the first week.

How a piece gets made

A piece can be stopped at any stage, which is cheaper than publishing it.

  1. 01

    Choose

We start with the questions your sales team answers every week — proven demand — then add search demand on top. Anything that fails both tests waits.

  2. 02

    Write

Short sentences, plain words, one idea per paragraph. Every claim is either sourced or dropped. If a piece cannot say something specific, we do not publish it.

  3. 03

    Distribute

A published page is not a launched page. Each piece gets an internal link plan, a place in the email programme and, when it earns it, paid support.

  4. 04

    Measure

Which pages a closed deal read, and which ones sit in the funnel doing nothing. The second list is cut or rewritten.

The writing standard

Written down so an editor and a new writer are holding the same bar.

  • Short sentences, plain words, one idea per paragraph.
  • Every claim either sourced or dropped.
  • Nothing published that cannot say something specific.
  • No filler to hit a monthly quota.
  • An internal link plan agreed before the piece goes live.
  • A place in the email programme, and paid support only when it earns it.

Before you ask

Answers as we would give them on a call.

Who writes it?

People who sit with the engineers who built the feature. We do not send briefs to an outside pool of writers who have not seen the product.

How many pieces a month?

As many as clear the bar and no more. A few strong pages beat a pile of thin ones, and the thin ones can hurt you, so we would rather publish less.

Do you write docs as well as the blog?

Yes. Documentation and onboarding guides are part of the same job, and they often decide more revenue than an article does.

Where do we start if our positioning is fuzzy?

With strategy and branding. A clear position makes content much easier to write, and much cheaper. We will say so before taking a content retainer.

Tell us the question buyers keep asking

One question is enough to start. We reply with the piece we would write first, who on our side would write it, and how we would know it worked.
