Next Project Book a discovery call

Build the product.
Grow the demand.

Two teams usually split this work. Then the results stall and nobody owns the number. We sell one thing instead. One senior team ships your product and drives the demand for it.

Two tracks, one backlog

Below is the whole map. Every line is work we do in house. Pick one track or run both. The team and the backlog stay the same either way.

01

Build

We write the software. Discovery first, then design, then code. Each sprint ends with something you can click.

02

Grow

Growth starts inside the product. We instrument first, then buy traffic. That order saves a lot of money.

How an engagement runs

Five stages, in this order, on every project. You always know which one you are in and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We map the goal, the users and the limits. You leave with a scope you can read in one sitting.

  2. 02

    Plan

Budget, milestones and a start date, in writing. No moving scope halfway through the build.

  3. 03

    Build

Short sprints with working demos. Tracking goes in with the first feature, not after launch.

  4. 04

    Launch

Product and campaigns go live together. The funnel is ready on day one, not six weeks later.

  5. 05

    Scale

We tune what works and cut what does not. The same team keeps the context it earned.

What a sprint ships

Both tracks run on the same clock. That is what keeps a launch plan from arriving after the launch. Here is the shape of one cycle.

Reporting is written, not verbal. You can forward it to a board without editing it first.

One two-week cycle, side by side
Cycle Build track Growth track
Cadence Two-week sprint Two-week sprint
Output A working demo A live campaign or test
Evidence Release notes Funnel and channel report
Owner Senior engineer Senior marketer

Before you ask

Can we start with build only?

Yes. Many teams start with the product and add growth work at launch. We still instrument the app from day one, so the data is there when you need it.

Who do we talk to?

One point of contact for both tracks. Behind them sit the engineers and marketers doing the work, and you can talk to them directly.

How do you report?

Every sprint ends with a written note. It states what shipped, what it cost and what moved. Numbers come from your own analytics, not from ours.

Do you work with an in-house team?

Often. We fill the gaps you have and hand over what we build. Documentation and access are yours from the start.
