Design that survives the build


A screen is only finished when it ships. We design product interfaces with the engineers who will build them, in the same team, on the same week.

That removes the handoff gap. No file thrown over a wall. No feature quietly dropped because it was drawn without a cost. You get flows, screens, a system and the specs to build from.

Flows before pixels

We map the paths a user takes to reach value. Dead ends show up here, on paper, where a fix costs an hour.

Screens at real width

Every layout is drawn at 360, 768 and 1440. Real copy, real data lengths. No lorem, no perfect names.

A design system, not a file

Tokens, type scale, spacing, states. Your team reuses it after we leave. That is the point of it.

Specs engineers can read

Empty, loading, error and success states for each screen. The hard cases are drawn, not described.

Accessible by default

Contrast, focus rings and touch targets are checked while we design. Retrofitting them later is slow work.

Handoff with the builders

Our engineers sit in the design review. They flag cost before a screen is signed off, not after.

The order matters more than the tools. We cut scope early, test the spine, then spend the visual budget where it changes a decision.

    Frame the problem

    Two workshops. We agree the job the product does and the one metric that proves it. Scope gets cut here on purpose.

    Draw the spine

    Low-fidelity flows for the main path only. We test them with people close to your market before any visual work starts.

  3. 03

    Build the system

    Type, colour, grid and components come first. Screens are then assembled from parts, so the tenth one costs far less than the first.

    Ship and watch

    We hand over with the build team in the room. Then we read the tracking and redraw what real users struggled with.
